Hello all you wonderful people!
So, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything–like a crazy long time, I know. However, I had a thought a while ago about sharing my journey with anxiety. So, what did I do? I decided today to start another blog!
I don’t know how many of you deal with that sort of thing, but if there’s any way sharing the experiences I’ve had with mental illness would help anyone even a little bit, maybe to laugh, or feel like they’re not alone with what they go through then why not share?
So that’s what I’m doing!
I don’t know how often I’m going to be posting on there because, like this blog, I’m stuck being busy with work and life in this crazy pandemic world we live in (especially in the United States at the current time.) However, I do have issues with anxiety quite often, so the posts there might add up quickly. I’m not entirely sure. Reading and writing are two of the things that help me with my mental illness, so there’s something I can do to calm myself while also sharing my experience. It’s like a two-for-one thing! I find that pretty neat.

So yeah, if you go through your own anxiety or depression, or other mental illness and want to know how someone else lives with it then by all means go ahead and give that thing a follow if you want!
